In this role, you will be the backbone of our import/export processes, ensuring that goods move seamlessly across borders while strictly adhering to international trade regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end import and export shipping documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with international Incoterms during shipment processing.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery tracking.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse staff, and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update stakeholders on delivery status or delays.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all logistics transactions.
- Assist in inventory coordination and logistics administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export coordination.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms 2020 and global trade compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP/logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in the Woodlands area.
