Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in vessel documentation preparation including manifests, bills of lading, and customs clearance forms
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and cargo handlers for smooth vessel operations
- Support daily operational planning and scheduling of shipping activities
- Monitor cargo movement and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining accurate shipping records and documentation systems
- Support communication between vessel operators, clients, and internal teams
- Participate in operational meetings and contribute process improvement suggestions
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Basic understanding of shipping terminology and port operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mentality
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if international student)
