Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to manage stock movement and loading schedules.
- Ensure all cargo handling complies with safety and quality regulations.
- Resolve any discrepancies in shipping documentation or logistics delays promptly.
- Maintain electronic records and filing systems for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination role is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data with high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working in the Woodlands area.
