We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to optimize our shipping operations and ensure seamless delivery of goods. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the flow of information and physical shipments, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, and internal operations.
Your day-to-day will involve coordinating complex shipping schedules, preparing accurate shipping documentation, and ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and inventory movements in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance in all shipping processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Shipping Coordinator or Logistics role.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures, and freight forwarding terms.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
