CNT LINE Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and energetic Shipping Coordinator to join our expanding logistics division in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. In this key role, your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding customer care while managing day-to-day shipping and freight arrangements. You will serve as the critical link between our clients, shipping lines, customs agents, and warehouse teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can multitask effectively under tight deadlines. By managing shipping documentation, resolving shipment discrepancies, and proactively updating clients on cargo status, you will help CNT LINE Sdn Bhd maintain its reputation for reliability and exceptional service in the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily import/export shipping arrangements, booking space with carriers and co-loaders.
- Provide exceptional customer care, answering inquiries promptly regarding shipment status, rates, and schedules.
- Prepare, verify, and process critical shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Customs declarations.
- Liaise closely with transporters, warehouse teams, and customs brokers to ensure seamless cargo clearance and timely delivery.
- Track and monitor shipments from origin to final destination, proactively resolving any transit delays or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all shipments, billings, and customer correspondence.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing for shipping services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of shipping terminology (Incoterms), customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics coordination software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage to liaise with regional clients.
