You will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics, coordinating with internal production teams and external freight forwarders, and ensuring strict compliance with international shipping regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations, including domestic and international freight arrangements.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely pick-up and loading of shipments.
- Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders regarding transit times and potential delays.
- Maintain compliance with local customs regulations, export controls, and international trade standards.
- Generate periodic reports on shipping performance, cost tracking, and inventory movement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or export/import operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and international trade procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
