Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track international shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues and delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in logistics planning and cost optimization for freight routes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport is preferred.
- Proven experience in shipping coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
