Join MANSFIELD MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. as a Shipping Coordinator and become the backbone of our global supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate seamless international shipments, ensuring products reach global markets efficiently and cost-effectively. You'll expertly prepare export documentation, navigate complex logistics networks, and maintain strict compliance with international trade regulations. Your coordination skills will be vital in tracking deliveries from origin to destination while resolving any logistical challenges proactively. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with warehouse teams to optimize inventory movements and identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in global logistics within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes including scheduling, routing, and carrier selection
- Prepare and manage export documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international logistics partners
- Ensure strict adherence to international shipping regulations and compliance standards
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time, providing proactive delivery status updates
- Support warehouse operations through inventory coordination and stock management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate timely issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in export documentation preparation and customs clearance procedures
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs requirements)
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
