Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export shipping operations including documentation preparation and customs clearance
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoices, certificates of origin) for compliance with international trade regulations
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Resolve shipping delays and logistics issues through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate shipment records and generate monthly logistics performance reports
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules with business needs
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting international shipping practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping coordination or export logistics
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
