Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including order fulfillment, documentation, and carrier management
- Prepare and maintain critical shipping documents (bills of lading, customs forms, invoices)
- Monitor shipment tracking and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve logistics issues
- Assist in contract management for shipping services and vendor negotiations
- Generate shipping performance reports for operational analysis
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills for addressing logistical challenges
