Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and accurately manage all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin, and other necessary export/import paperwork.
- Coordinate efficiently with internal departments such (e.g., Sales, Production, Warehousing) and external stakeholders (e.g., freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers) to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Monitor and track the status of international and domestic shipments, proactively communicating updates and resolving any transit-related issues or delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, trade agreements, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize shipping routes, methods, and carriers to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Process and verify shipping invoices, freight charges, and other related expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all shipping activities and documentation within the logistics management system (ERP/TMS).
- Generate regular reports on shipping performance, costs, and compliance metrics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export roles, preferably within a manufacturing or high-technology environment.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, trade compliance, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
