As our Shipping Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from warehouse to final destination. You will be responsible for handling shipping documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with international and local shipping regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily import/export shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of FMCG products.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport vendors, and internal warehouse teams to streamline logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics delays or transit issues.
- Maintain precise inventory and shipping records in the internal ERP system.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and company safety standards.
- Support logistics process improvements to reduce transit times and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume documentation accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Japanese FMCG industry practices is considered a significant advantage.
- Able to work independently and maintain high accuracy under tight delivery deadlines.
