Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer quotations and orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate shipments and track logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Handle invoicing and billing processes with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Generate regular reports on shipping, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and customer service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service and/or shipping coordination, preferably in the marine industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in order processing and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or business is a plus
