Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end shipping process, including booking, loading, and dispatching of goods.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and internal warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, tracking numbers, and inventory movements.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Assist in quality control checks prior to dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily data entry and reporting as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and basic international trade terms.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and learn new processes quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
