Tiong Huat Rubber Factory is currently seeking a highly motivated Shipping Executive to join our dynamic team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the seamless flow of import and export activities, ensuring our premium rubber products reach global markets efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and inventory movements within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local customs requirements.
- Troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks to minimize delays and optimize supply chain costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align shipping schedules with production output.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or export/import administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with local customs procedures and shipping terminology.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment in Sungai Petani.
