Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight operations across air, sea, and land transport modes
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and certificates
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve shipment issues
- Optimize shipment routes and negotiate competitive freight rates
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time, ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and generate shipment performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations
- Proficiency in customs documentation and international trade regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Valid WDA certification in logistics or related field is advantageous
