We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Executive to join the dynamic team at Triiio Vertex Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of shipping documentation and the accurate execution of Oracle transactions at our Kulai site. You will serve as a key link between our operations and the Hong Kong hub, ensuring that all logistics activities adhere to strict compliance standards while supporting pioneer warehouse operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily Oracle transactions related to inventory movement, picking, packing, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate effectively with the Hong Kong hub to facilitate seamless cross-border logistics and communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to international shipping regulations, compliance standards, and company operational policies.
- Support pioneer warehouse operations by maintaining precise records of inbound and outbound cargo movements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping discrepancies and logistical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling shipping documentation and coordinating logistics activities.
- Strong proficiency in using Oracle ERP systems for transaction and inventory management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with international partners (HK hub).
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian customs regulations, export/import procedures, and compliance requirements.
