Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all shipping operations, including documentation preparation and customs clearance
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to optimize shipping routes and costs
- Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare necessary reports for management
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align shipping schedules with customer demands
- Implement and improve shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay updated on shipping regulations and industry best practices
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
