In this role, you will be the backbone of our export and domestic distribution process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer order fulfillment, ensuring that every shipment meets specific client requirements with precision and efficiency. You will bridge the gap between our production floor and our logistics partners, ensuring that our high-quality chemical products reach our global clients on time, every time. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with international shipping standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to schedule shipments and track cargo status in real-time.
- Verify client shipping requirements, including specific packaging, labeling, and hazardous material documentation.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, and Commercial Invoices.
- Communicate professionally with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive records of shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory readiness in coordination with the warehouse team to ensure prompt dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or export documentation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding numerical accuracy and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added benefit.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
