Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily shipping operations to ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities for smooth clearance
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and compliance records
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues proactively
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to align shipping schedules
- Prepare shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve logistical challenges
