Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end shipment processes from order receipt to final delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and troubleshoot any logistical issues or delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all outgoing shipments and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with internal sales and warehouse teams to optimize logistics workflows and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, and documentation procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
