In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless flow of our manufacturing supply chain, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for coordinating complex shipping operations and ensuring that our water system technologies reach our clients on time, every time.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, transport companies, and custom brokers to manage logistics flows.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all international and local shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all shipments within the company's management system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in shipping, logistics, or export/import operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and port documentation in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage vendor relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
