All Happy is seeking a dedicated Shipping Executive to oversee our global import and export operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, ensuring the seamless movement of goods across borders while maintaining strict compliance with shipping regulations.
You will act as the vital bridge between our organization and various freight forwarders and shipping agents. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for tracking shipments, resolving logistics discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation to guarantee timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end global import and export logistics operations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices.
- Track shipments in real-time and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and handle customs-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping logs and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, or MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
