Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for the fast-paced food manufacturing sector? The Supreme HR Advisory is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive to join our client's team in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with food safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management and documentation. You will play a key role in coordinating with internal production teams, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipping activities to meet production and delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and update stock inventory levels related to raw materials and finished goods shipments.
- Ensure all shipping processes comply with food safety standards and export/import regulations.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, or delays through effective problem-solving and communication.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and generate performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international trade documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of integrity regarding food safety and handling.
