Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customs clearance and documentation for import/export of controlled goods
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Ensure strict compliance with TradeNet and Singapore Customs regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams
- Support sales initiatives by providing logistics solutions and documentation
- Implement and maintain compliance protocols for international shipments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs/shipping operations
- Proficiency in TradeNet system and Singapore customs procedures
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations for controlled goods
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
