Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all shipping operations to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and shipping carriers to maintain smooth logistics flow
- Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock management
- Implement and optimize shipping procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or transportation
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
