As the Shipping & Logistic Executive, you will be the critical link in the company's supply chain, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of goods across both inbound and outbound channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating closely with freight forwarders, managing complex shipping documentation, optimizing freight costs, and resolving any logistical bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of inbound and outbound shipping operations, including consolidation, deconsolidation, and container loading/unloading.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to secure competitive rates and ensure timely shipment.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to align supply with demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies, customs holds, and delivery issues promptly.
- Track and trace shipments, providing stakeholders with real-time updates.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and costs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and savings.
- Support ad-hoc logistics projects and reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Shipping / Logistics Executive role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation procedures and Incoterms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a strong advantage.
