Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations, including domestic and international freight arrangements.
- Prepare and verify critical shipping documentation, such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure delivery deadlines are met and proactively resolve transit delays.
- Assist in inventory management activities, including stock reconciliation and warehouse coordination.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system to ensure real-time data visibility.
- Generate regular logistics performance reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Solid understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP/WMS software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
