- Manage end-to-end shipping coordination for import/export operations
- Process and verify Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and compliance
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics delays
- Coordinate warehouse inventory and distribution schedules
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations
- Generate logistics reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 3+ years in shipping/freight coordination or logistics management
- Expertise in Letter of Credit (LC) processing and documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Fluent in English with strong written/verbal communication
