Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare, verify, and process Letter of Credit (LC) documentation to ensure timely payment and clearance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to track shipments and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs, manifests, and inventory records in the ERP system.
- Ensure adherence to all manufacturing safety and shipping protocols.
- Handle shipping inquiries and coordinate with overseas customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Assist in optimizing logistics costs through effective carrier selection and route planning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in preparing and managing Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Strong familiarity with incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for an MNC environment.
