Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including shipment planning, tracking, and delivery verification
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse workflows for pet products
- Handle documentation compliance for international and domestic shipments
- Collaborate with carriers and suppliers to resolve logistics disruptions
- Generate and analyze logistics performance reports
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in shipping/logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
