- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, tracking, and delivery scheduling
- Manage relationships with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and process customs documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
- Monitor shipment status proactively, resolving delays and maintaining client communication
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to align shipping schedules with production timelines
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve shipping disruptions
