Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and invoices.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and trucking companies to arrange transport.
- Monitor shipment status, track cargo, and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities to optimize logistics expenses.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding shipping updates and delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
