This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary package of up to $3,000 monthly plus AWS (Additional Wage Scheme), depending on your experience and qualifications.
As a Shipping Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities, managing documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with shipping partners and clients. The position follows a standard 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, providing a healthy work-life balance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and inventory
- Communicate with shipping partners, carriers, and clients to resolve any issues or delays
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
- Proficiency in shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
