As a Shipping Officer, you will act as a key liaison between internal departments, logistics partners, and international clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of shipments, maintaining rigorous documentation standards, and proactively troubleshooting potential delays. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end sea and air freight operations, ensuring timely export and import processes.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to track shipments and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain up-to-date shipping schedules and ensure all data is accurately reflected in our management systems.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delays or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in managing vendor relationships to optimize freight costs and delivery performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in air and sea freight coordination or a similar shipping role.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and international trade terminology (Incoterms, LC, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with logistics software/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the West Region (Clementi).
