Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate domestic/international shipping operations from order to delivery
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms, certificates)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities for clearance
- Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping delays and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in shipping or logistics operations
- Proficiency in shipping documentation systems (e.g., customs software)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
