Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end import and export shipping documentation.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and local custom authorities to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Prepare accurate shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure strict compliance with delivery timelines.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies and issues promptly to maintain operational flow.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all shipping transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support the logistics team in warehouse coordination and inventory tracking as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping, import/export, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of international trade documentation and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week.
