Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including scheduling, documentation, and carrier management
- Prepare and process international shipping documents (bills of lading, customs declarations, certificates of origin)
- Monitor shipment tracking and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international shipping protocols
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays through proactive problem-solving
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping/logistics within manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in shipping management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
