We are currently inviting a dedicated Shipping Officer to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a stable 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring strict compliance with trade regulations, and utilizing the Tradenet system for efficient documentation processing. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package ranging from $2600 to $3000 per month, inclusive of AWS, reflecting the value we place on logistics expertise. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, via the Tradenet system.
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date shipping records, logs, and inventory management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- Communicate shipment status updates and resolve any logistical discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports related to shipping performance and cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or transport coordination.
- Familiarity with the Tradenet system or similar trade portals is highly preferred.
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Transport & Distribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
