Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the administrative and operational functions of the shipping agency.
- Handle documentation related to shipping operations, including bills of lading, manifests, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Manage daily operational tasks such as vessel scheduling, cargo tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Support the team in resolving operational issues and improving efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or port operations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software (if applicable).
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
