Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor vessel chartering activities from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and industry regulations.
- Manage voyage planning and execution, tracking vessel movements and optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with destination port authorities and agents to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and cargo handling operations.
- Oversee financial aspects of shipping operations including freight calculations, invoicing, and settlement of vessel-related expenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including charterers, ship owners, and port authorities.
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, and correspondence as required for vessel movements and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping operations, vessel chartering, or port operations.
- Strong understanding of maritime industry practices, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and shipping management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
