Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for specialized Oil & Gas and Project Cargo shipments.
- Manage complex documentation including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and import/export permits.
- Liaise closely with overseas agents, carriers, and local subcontractors to ensure timely cargo delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational disruptions or transit delays.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within the internal freight management system.
- Coordinate with local customs authorities to ensure full compliance with regional regulations.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to key stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations.
- Proven track record in handling Project Cargo or Oil & Gas shipments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation (L/C, permits, and customs clearance procedures).
- Proficient in MS Office suite and industry-standard freight management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
