Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end shipping operations, including coordination of import/export shipments and customs clearance processes.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide proactive updates to stakeholders regarding any delays or logistical challenges.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, local customs requirements, and company safety standards.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, handle claims, and coordinate with relevant parties to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update internal ERP systems as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms.
- Proficiency in preparing shipping documentation and familiarity with trade compliance software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
