Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the shipping account management team.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to process shipping documentation accurately and on time.
- Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer requests to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor shipping schedules and track shipments to proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the company CRM.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance presentations for management.
- Coordinate with local and international liner partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Shipping, Liner, or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone and email manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Highly adaptable and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Candidates familiar with shipping documentation (B/L, Invoices, Packing Lists) are strongly preferred.
