Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with international shipping standards.
- Perform meticulous palletizing, packing, and labeling of electronic components for secure domestic and international transport.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Coordinate with local logistics partners and couriers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipment status and update inventory records in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to optimize workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving shipments as required by warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in shipping documentation or inventory counts.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to read and understand shipping manifests and logistics instructions.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the Pioneer area and adhere to strict operational shift schedules.
