Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, verify, and issue all required shipping documents, delivery receipts, and gate passes for finished goods and boards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate inventory count prior to dispatch.
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure products match delivery orders and meet quality standards.
- Maintain systematic filing of all shipping records, invoices, and transaction logs for audit purposes.
- Liaise with logistics providers and truck drivers to schedule timely dispatch and deliveries.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and warehouse guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven working experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with shipping documents (e.g., Delivery Receipts, Waybills, Gate Passes, and Invoices).
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external partners.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime in Bunawan, Davao del Sur when required.
