Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the shipyard engineering department, including naval architects, marine engineers, and draftsmen.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical specifications for vessel construction and repair.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with international classification society rules (e.g., BKI, ABS, LR, BV) and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support on-site during production, launching, and sea trials.
- Implement and maintain standardized engineering processes, quality control measures, and design optimization strategies.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in shipyard engineering operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of vessel design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Maxsurf, Rhino, Aveva Marine) and structural analysis.
- In-depth understanding of classification society rules (BKI, ABS, Lloyd’s Register) and marine regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL).
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse technical team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with professional fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lampung, Indonesia.
