- Develop, prepare, and execute planned maintenance schedules for all shipyard facilities and equipment
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Oversee day-to-day yard operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage facility budgets, controlling costs while maintaining operational excellence
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance and operational activities
- Monitor and evaluate facility performance, implementing improvements as necessary
- Handle emergency situations and equipment breakdowns promptly and effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipyard or heavy industrial facility management
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Extensive knowledge of shipyard operations, maintenance procedures, and safety standards
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
