Join our dynamic shipyard team as a QA QC Engineer and lead the pursuit of quality excellence in one of the Philippines' most strategic maritime locations. As a Shipyard QA QC Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that all shipbuilding and repair projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all shipbuilding processes adhere to established standards. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and management teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve our quality management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for shipbuilding and repair projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of shipyard processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with international maritime standards, industry regulations, and client requirements
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC personnel on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within shipbuilding or heavy engineering industries
- Strong knowledge of international maritime standards and quality management systems
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shipyard environment with minimal supervision
