Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality shisha according to company standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all shisha equipment, including hookahs, hoses, and charcoal heating devices.
- Engage with guests to recommend flavor combinations and provide exceptional service.
- Manage inventory levels of shisha molasses, charcoals, and disposable mouthpieces.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene protocols during the preparation and service process.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with shisha setups quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the lounge team to create a welcoming and premium atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Shisha Master or similar role in a high-end lounge or restaurant.
- Deep knowledge of various tobacco brands, heat management, and flavor profile blending.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume shifts.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
